Activities (2021-22)

The college has been selected by Ch. Charan Singh University Meerut as the host for organizing an inter-college net ball competition in this session, which is proposed to be organized in the month of February.

On 29.01.2022, a new garden was created in the college campus, in which all the teachers and non-teaching staff including the principal planted a total of 63 plants and all took the moral responsibility of nurturing each and every plant.

73rd Republic Day in the College on 26.01.2022 Celebrated with enthusiasm.

Under the Cyber Awareness Day on 19.01.2022, a web-seminar was organized in the college on the subject of cybercrime and the students were made aware of cybercrime.

An International Webinar on Value Education and Historical Tourism Management: Different Dimensions in the Contemporary Context was organized on 14.01.2022 under the aegis of Forum of Commerce and Management Studies India, under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

An online seminar was organized on 12.01.2022 at Durga Prasad Baljit Singh Post Graduate College, Anupshahar on the subject of relevance of Swami Vivekananda's thoughts in present times under National Youth Day. On this occasion, an attractive Rangoli was also made by the students in the college premises.

A workshop was organized in the college on 11.01.2022 to conduct online classes and prepare e-content in view of the pandemic of Covid-19, in which all the teachers participated and learned to use various apps for teaching online classes. Along with this, a recording room has also been set up in the college, in which teachers can record their high quality video lectures.

An International Webinar on the topic Financial Engineering and Investors: Understanding Risk – Return and Crisis was organized under the aegis of Forum of Commerce and Management Studies India on 10.01.2022.

On 28.12.2021, under the joint aegis of Uttar Pradesh Sanskrit Sansthan Lucknow and Department of Sanskrit, Durga Prasad Baljit Singh Post Graduate College, Anupshahar, a national webinar on the topic 'Public welfare and spirit of world brotherhood in Sanskrit literature' was organized through online medium.

On 27.12.2021, the students of NCC and NSS unit of Durga Prasad Baljit Singh Post Graduate College, Anupshahar Participated in awareness program in the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and Voters on the theme of “Strong Democracy, Clean Voting” organized by the Municipality, Anupshahar on the call of Uttar Pradesh Government.

On 25.12.2021, live telecast of tablet / smartphone distribution program organized at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Ikana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow, under the tablet /smartphone distribution scheme for the technical empowerment of the youth of the state, on the instructions of the Uttar Pradesh government, was shown to students.

On 22.12.2021, under the aegis of Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, a painting competition was organized on the theme of river conservation under the river festival programme. Along with this, the winning students were also rewarded by the Wildlife Institute of India.

Mathematics Day was celebrated by organizing a seminar on the birth anniversary of great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujam on 22.12.2021.

A painting competition was organized in the college under Cyber Awareness Day on 21.12.2021.

On 20.12.2021 under the aegis of Forum of Commerce and Management Studies India Innovative A Process in S.T.E. An international webinar was organized on the topic M-Education in Fifth Industrial Evolution.

On 19.12.2021, a Rangoli competition was organized by the Amrit Mahotsav Organizing Committee, Anupshahar, in which the college team got the second position.

On 17.12.2021, under the aegis of Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, a lecture was given on river conservation by Mr. Rahil Khan, community officer of Wildlife Institute of India under the River Festival program sponsored by the Government of India and environmental protection by students. A public awareness rally was taken out. Along with this, cleaning of the banks of Ganga was also done by the students and NCC cadets. Divisional level organized on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and Kranti Parv of Meerut on 17.12.2021 In the quiz competition, the college's B. com. First year student Chetan Gupta secured the second position.

On 17.12.2021, under the joint aegis of the Departmentof Sanskrit and the Department of Chemistry, a guest lecture was organized on the subject of knowledge science in Sanskrit, whose chief speaker was Vivek Kaushik, a research student of the University of California, America.

On 14.12.2021, the Amrit Mahotsav program of Independence was organized by the Student Welfare Committee.

On 25.11.2021, as per the instructions of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, a quiz and painting competition was organized on the subject of road safety under the road safety month. In the painting competition organized at the district level on this subject, the college's B. Ed. First year student Aarti Verma secured first position in Bulandshahr district and B.Com First year student Chetan Gupta got third position in Quiz Competition in Bulandshahr district.

Under the Advertisement no. 19 of Higher Education Service Board, Prof. Girish Kumar Singh Selected and took charge the post of Principal of the college.

On 07.10.2021, College got the opportunity to host the former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Hon. Mr. Shanta Kumar, President of Anglo-Vedic Educational Association, Anupshahar and industrialist Mr. Jaiprakash Gord and industrialist Mr. Manoj Gour.

On 06.10.2021, a guest lecture was organized on cybercrime, in which the main speaker was Mr. Premchand Sharma, Kotwal of Kotwali, Anupshahar.

Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 was organized on 29.09.2021 as per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Government. Principal, teachers, non-teaching staff and students participated in this race with enthusiasm.

Teacher's Day was celebrated in the college on 05.09.2021, on this occasion all the teachers were honored by the college management.

On 15.08.2021, 75th Independence Day was celebrated in the college with enthusiasm.

Van Mahotsav 2021 was celebrated in the college on 04.07.2021 as per the instructions of the government. On this occasion tree plantation was done in the college premises as well as saplings were distributed to the students for plantation.

International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21.06.2021 by the principal, teachers, non-teaching staff and students of the college by practicing yoga at home in view of the Covid pandemic as per the instructions of the government.

On 08.04.2021, meritorious and talented students were honored by giving awards in the annual prize distribution program in the college. Special student honor to Km. Mansi Garg of BEd and awarded with Prof. Rajeshwar Upadhyay Samman for securing highest marks in Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut.

On 09.03.2021 Ch. In the 32nd Convocation of Charan Singh University Meerut, B. Ed. Session 2018-20 student Km. Mansi Garg was awarded the Vice Chancellor's Gold Medal for securing first position in the University.

Shikha Rani, a student of the Sanskrit department of the college, brought laurels to the college by securing the first position in the entire state in the examination of Sanskrit Assistant Professor of Government Colleges organized by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.

In the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020, the Sanskrit subject minor course 'Indian Culture and Sanskrit' prepared by Shri Laxman Singh, Head of Sanskrit Department of the college, was implemented.

Under the new education policy, computer laboratories were established in the Mathematics Department and Statistics Department of the college for the practical work of the students.

All the guidelines given from time to time by the government regarding prevention of corona epidemic are being followed in the college. Along with this, a Corona help desk has also been set up.

In the circumstances arising due to the Corona epidemic, the prescribed syllabus was completed by the teachers of the college through offline and online medium and for the convenience of the students, the e-content prepared by the teachers was uploaded on the website of the college.
